So I'm going to be building my first PC next week and was just wondering what do you guys do to stay grounded so you don't damage components?

I haven't got a wrist strap so looking other methods,

Thanks in advance

I don't really bother doing anything lol. I usually try to at least not stand on carpet, and touch a plugged in, but not powered on PSU.

Keep a hand on the case and it should keep you grounded plenty.

like 13 said, touch the PSU and build it without socks on some tile and try to not move around a lot and you should be fine I've never arced while building a computer, and you really only have to be worried about it while actually touching the MOBAs, but most of them have a small protective membrane on them that protects them from small arcs. just don't run in place on carpet while rubbing a balloon on your head and you should be fine.
