i bought the diy funko and i want to cut the arms off and make new ones is it hard to make new arms

Probably, but you'll have to most likely replace the arms with the arms of a different figure. It will most likely be way too hard.
I'm assuming not much people on here know much about that though, I suggest going to the funko pop subreddit on reddit or something, you'll get a better answer
