Any fix without actually changing the settings in game? Some games have tiny UIs etc, and it isnt possible to change all of them, however changing the resolution on the PC settings affects everything badly, so to be honest I have no clue what to do
The resolution is 3200 x 1800, can I lower it or change any setting to improve it? Also if its possible would it affect gaming performance or make games faster at a lower resolution?
also it's a laptop if that makes a difference, Intel HD Graphics 520 (lol)

most games the UI adjusts to something appropriate to the resolution. So not unless it is in the menu for settings.
