Hey guys. So for some reason, when im playing H1Z1 KOTK, my FPS used to be a stable 70 and it would pretty much stay at that. But lately, it will randomly drop to 44 fps and not go any higher than that. This happens in H1 and also Rocket league, and is very confusing. Here are my specs:
CPU: Intel I5-2320 3.00ghz quad core
PSU: EVGA 600W
GPU: Radeon R9 270x
motherboard: Intel DH61CR LGA 1155
8GB of ram
windows 10
I dont know why this could be happening. I have monitored my CPUs core temp and it has not reached over 64 degrees C, so heat shouldnt be a problem

Make sure open process in the background aren't taking up CPU usage. IE TS, or discord or any music programs.
Also, try open task manager and set your game priority to high. Might be worth checking video settings from desktop.
Try lowering texture quality? I have the same GPU and don't have this problem. Good luck!
