Hello everyone just a little question from me today
So I know the PS4 pro supports 4K and you can change your resolution around in the settings, my question is what do games look like that arnt supported in 4K but your console resolution is still in 4K do games lag, looks really bad etc?

Some games on the Pro will run a native 4k and others will run at 1440p and various other resolutions and upscale to 4k. Neither of these processes incurs inherent lag, but maybe in some cases slightly lower frame rates depending on games. This is rare however. Generally speaking all games work and run very well on the Pro particularly when compared to the Base PS4.
