I reccomend parasyte or plastic memories if you haven't seen them, both are real sad except parasyte has some action.

Just some recommendations to think about.

Anohana, Usagi Drop, Wolf Children, Hotarubi no Mori e, Kotonoha no Niwa, Byousoku 5 Centimeter and Barakamon.

I'd say Clannad and Your Lie in April both really good animes if you haven't seen them.

Golden Time has a sad/feel good story! Its both romantic and comedic too.

One of my favorite feel good/sad anime that I don't see many people talk about is Plastic Memories.
