I like it but I feel like the edges are a little rough around the mouth, it could do with a different shade of black as the shadow on the tongue and all around more details with the eyebrows and eyes. fur could do with different colors of brown on the hairs sticking out. I can tell that you rushed but its great work for 20 minutes. I know I couldn't do that in 20 minutes.

The edges are rough and sloppy. There's almost no detail, and only one eye.

Its not much of a logo, and I really wouldn't say it's animated either.

You should go back and finish it, it's a good start but you can perfect it if you take your time on it.
