I never buy big budget games because I know developers will milk the hell out of them to squeeze out more cash. I always wait for a finished product AKA definitive edition or complete edition.
I had been excited for the reboot of Killer Instinct ever since it was announced and finally after years of DLC and added characters a physical release of the "definitive edition" came out last year so I bought it. THEN just days ago they release a new character for the game Kilgore for $9.99 I am SOOOOO ANGRY!!!
Does anyone else care about these things happening? I have never heard of a definitive version coming out and then still releasing new content for it.

Yeah microtransactions make me not want to play the game. I liked how you used the phrase "milk" because it is so absolutely true. Pay to Win games are really stupid as well....

personally idont mind so much to be honest. Ill quite happily pay full retail for a game, and buy the season pass + future expansions too aslong as the content is good.
Games such as battlefield, or pretty much anything bethesda related, TES or fallout.
I dont mind paying the additional bits if it supports the company and they continue to bring out the games we love.

so let me get this straight. you're pissed because you purchased the Definitive edition for KI or Year 1 as they're calling it and new DLC is coming out for KI2 or Year2 as they call it? KI1 and KI2 are the same game and were just new content which they are releasing in the YEAR2 edition
