Not sure whether your still in need but this is the squad I used this weekend:

I got 23 wins out of 40 which is my 2nd best finish since playing fut champions, closely behind 25wins.
I set the front three to stay central and get in behind with Rooney set to stay forward. Kante I set to stay back while attacking along with both full backs.
