The 360 one has to be 30 days old I recommend you do missions and heists as well as killing people and updating ur social club.

Just make the account look legit and you should be able to transfer it over it's like laundering ur fake gta money when you do missions.

the accounts probably not 30days old yet just wait a couple days

I never had a 360 GTA online account so that could be the problem?

Hmm could be I told my mate to go on 360 for me and play missions so far so good no problems and I just recommenced trying to make it look legit PM me I may be able to help.
