Well, I was 17 and I thought flirting with the manager would work, turns out she been married for 10 years and has two kids. But she was a solid 10.

Did you give her a good seeing to after though?

My first job interview was when I was 15 and I was interviewing for a lifeguard job. I somewhat knew my boss so it was not too bad. Although I was still a little nervous until I actually started talking, then I was fine.

Never had a job interview. First and only real job I ever had, I showed up expecting an interview so I was in smart clothes but I was asked one question and then told to start working immediately. That was pretty awkward washing dishes in smart clothes lol

It was quite funny, I walked into a bar/grill and as soon as I sat down I was given the job! Great high school job, $10 hr plus tips just to be a bus boy.

It depends. When I was fresh out of college I wasn't nervous at all, but as I got older and started applying for higher management jobs I began to get nervous. After the first couple I have been able to nail down what is expected and I even joke about interviews with potential hires at the company I work for.
