Lately my xbox one home screen has had an annoying issue. I'm not sure what it is exactly, but it gets all pixelated and it only happens on the home screen, not in any game.
I took a video of it but it may be hard to see whats going on. Just look for the weird purple shit to start appearing.

Try clearing your console cache, you may be running too much apps in the background which could cause the dash to lag, how old is your Xbox?
