So i have an ALCATEL TRU that i just bought two days ago and it worked for the first couple of hours, now it's soft bricked and i cant get past the screen saying android is starting: starting apps/finishing boot. I've been looking for solutions for this problbem. I have reset to factory, wiped my cache etc. I have even tried to flash a stock rom but i can't get my windows 10 laptop to connect with my phone.
If anyone is good at stuff like this can you please help me out. Kinda new to android and it hasn't treated me good so far

How did you brick it?
get ABD install the android drivers, load your boot menu up usually vol up + down and power, go into fastboot ETC you know the flash process, if it allows you to connect that way, get what you need off of it and get the OEM rom FOR YOUR PHONE. <- do not mistake that.
is the phone getting power from your laptop or pc? if so your connections are fine then, if clearing cache and resetting didn't work. The OEM PHONE install should work, a lot of people get this confused, as not with all phones just downloading a 4.4 etc image for a different model will not flash properly.

is it rooted?
can you see your splash screen?
