8 months is a long time for some people for others its not it might take longer to really move past it. Might help to just stay out of the dating scene for a while until you truly feel ready.

Acne wrote that situation was pretty ironic. She has a fear of something she done ? hypocritical asshole.
It wasn't genuine love so there is no reason to miss it. Write your thoughts down because it feels like you just have bottled up emotions. All the best man pm me if you want to talk or ask for advice etc
okay, will do.

jchxx wrote she's not worth it lol. SHE cheated, she lost YOU. there's no reason to feel down especially after 8 months. she will realize what she had and she'll regret it all.. trust me.
I know. But the thing is, what happens if she tries to come back? It'll be hard to say no. Because we did everything together. I don't feel bad, I just, miss it. Having everything. Even if it wasn't real to her. You know what I mean?

Your profile says you're 16 I can't take a teenage relationship that seriously

My brother asked his girlfriend out in 7th or 8th grade. They are now both 20 years old, still together living in the same apartment. Some teenage relationships don't work out, some do.

OP, more than likely what you felt with her is infatuation. Things are new and cool, then you get used to them and she's gone so it feels like you have a big missing void. You just have to get used to single life while you try to find someone to "replace" her.

KyloCrux wrote I understand what you are going through, I have been there before. It is rough, it truly is. You have to look past her. Look at all the negatives she brought to your life. She cheated on you man, not the other way around. I know it is hard, but find something to replace her in your life. Game more, go out with friends, watch movies. Don't live your life dwelling on a girl that cheated, spend your life enjoying it and preparing for your soul mate.
I know.. I don't go out because that's the main thing we did. Went out with friends. Movies. Random dates. Camped out in the back of a truck bed. Campfires. Dances. You name it, we did it. But yeah, I know what you mean. Playing cod takes it off a bit. I used to let he run play cod and teach her how. Damn. Relationships suck :/

I mean it's not that I don't have any self respect. It's just we set ourselves up for the last time. We planed on it being our last relationship. I run track and cross country. And I have scouts for both. Aswell as records for both. And over my coaches, and my scouts, and my family, she was the one who supported me the most. And motivated me into becoming better and the best at it all. And she's just not there anymore.
