realistic car crashes/damage effects
talking GPS

Being a Cop was always something I wanted, I personally downloaded the game on PC just so I could be a cop with a Mod, I would also like having Animals.

oh and better (but worse) AI cops
realistic pull overs
laws in place so if u run a red light or speed or break laws and a cop is around you get pulled over and fined or if u run u get into a pursuit and arrested

haha yes!
I hate accidentally bumping into a cop walking on the sidewalk and then getting shot at or if they hit my car and I'm the one getting killed
