try taking some melatonin it works for me every time.

This is how I do it just stay awake the next day u should be tired around 10 or 11 just sleep then should be fixed

Go to bed at around 6-7 am, sleep as long as possible, try to stay up till the next day at around 7/8/9 PM and then go to sleep and it should be fixed.
