I would suggest playing video games as for tv you are most likely going to want to eat something while playing a game.

Find something you like doing to distract yourself! Play some video games, listen to music, whatever you like doing.

Drink plenty of liquids (Water) Everyone is saying chewing gum. Well the matter of fact. That makes you more hungry. Chewing gum is a no, no. I wouldn't anyways & this is why - When you chew gum you make a saliva in your mouth, then you swallow it & that makes you stomach rumble. That's why you REALLY want food. Best thing is to do is not think about it. (I know it's hard NOT to think about food but what can you do?) Good luck with it, hope it goes well for you.

Maybe do something that will take your mind off it completely.. Watch some Movies or Listen to some Music! That's helped me in the past.
