Hey,
So I bought two EU CD keys for Mafia 3 deluxe edition and I can't download to my steam since I am in the US, Should I sell them? any recommendations on where I could possibly find people who may want them?
I bought them from a site that does not do refunds so I am shit out of luck on that front.
any advice would be great.

use a vpn so your pc thinks you are in the eu then you can play it you may need to activate vpn everytime you go on the game its diffrent for certin games

Pretty sure that this would not work as it's the steam account not the pc location. If the steam account is a US account then you will only be able to use US codes.

no i have done it with russian keys so for example if you went on holiday to eu and went on your account you would be able to reedeem eu keys after you use vpn restart steam and it will change to the eu store
