If your on a budget, why are you only buying from a website that charges $170 more for the same computer than Best Buy?

Your best bet is to build one yourself.

Most places cheap out on things like PSU, Ram, motherboards and such. I can say this now, if you buy a pre-built, you'd most likely need to upgrade the PSU and get a new graphics card.
