My friend over on IG has just told me that character transfers are open again he has just successfully transferred 4 lvl 8000 accounts with over 1 billion dollars!

I only have his word for it as I do not own a next gen console do with that what you will!

i have seen people transfering over there character and getting the first pop up saying There Modded Rank and money But after they do it they got redirected to online menu and when pressing 'Transfer Character' saying that it already has been done but when going onto gta they have rank 1 and no money, also no modding outfits, cars, unlock all ect...

so i dont think thats true.

I wasn't able to transfer this so I don't think it's up yet, except for the people who have found the "bypass" to it
