Skates wrote I was working at a 5 star restaurant as a cook, started at $15 an hour then after 2 months got a raise to $16. I'd say that's pretty good for being 19 years old. I made quite a bit of money, saved it all up. Now I'm a full time Graphic Designer and I sell things on eBay and I love it. I love my freedom, I get to choose my hours, don't have to wake up everyday slaving away at work (my opinion).

If I ever need to, I can always get my job back at the restaurant. I'm close with the owners I told them I wanted to leave to pursue my dream in Graphic Design and they told me to come back anytime.
At the moment I'm financially stable to do this and I'm very grateful for this opportunity.

That's awesome dude, I was working for a 3 star hotel (I think) it was good but it was busy at times. Sometimes I did a 12 hour shift (part time) and that was hard work. My feet were soar. Haha Standing and walking around. I bet you have a bunch of bills at each work working for a 5 star hotel. Which is nice to have.

I work in a restaurant right near my house.

Why? I can literally get there in less than a minute almost all of the people that work there are my age so it's enjoyable. It's also a family run restaurant so it's closed on all holidays so I don't have to worry about working Christmas Eve or anything like that.

I work at a Bartender.

The reason why, similar to above, is that my sister works there as a waitress, serving stuff.

I work for the Microsoft Store Online chat team here in Syracuse New York. Job is pretty chill. Get to lounge around and help idiots who shouldn't be using a pc. But can't complain full benefits and great discounts.

I currently work part time at the Home Depot as a product merchandiser, I don't have enough time for anything more as I'm also a full time student and have a newborn daughter.
