I see that somepoeple already have fifa points on their 17 account. How can i get fifa points on my 17 account?

You can't to put it simple, those that have fifa points on there accounts already play on PC because on there you can load FIFA points from the web app.

you cant. You have to wait until tomorrow and transfer them from 16 to 17 when/if you get Early Access
