This is my first time ever trying to illustrate something like this. I used Photoshop on this one because I am still learning illustrator. This was purely for practice. I really wanted to practice the buildings, so that is the reasoning behind the lack of objects.

Few things, love the style it's almost like Google's "Papercraft" or whatever. I also love how the clouds look like mustaches! I like the shading as well!

Looks cool and I can tell that a lot of effort went into this style of design. The issue I have with it is that the shadows seem to all be going in different directions.Overall 8.5/10 just fix the shadows.

This style is called "flat"
might want to adjust your shade color and don't use generic colors, use flat colors to make everything seem better.
also you have a road with no cars might want to add a car next time ;)

this looks nice. just one thing, did you want the buildings to be at different angles ?

Not any good with Illustration but looks good to me. Nice bright colors.
