Hello, I am just curious as i know you can get banned for joining or hosting modded lobbies online. How likely would you get banned for joining MW2 & MW3 lobbies or if you got caught for first time offence is it just a suspension or permanent banned account.

It is unlikely you will get banned but the risk is still there. They don't take in to account that you its a first time offence they will ban you if they want to.

I've just been thinking now, If an Account get's permanently banned and your main hotmail account is associated with it is that banned aswell or just your Xbox Account?

The chance are pretty low but their is still always that risk of getting banned.

I almost sure it would only effect your xbox accoun, I could be wrong though
