I don't really like it tbh. These dots you keep adding makes the work look unprofessional. Not sure what the middle logo is but it doesn't look very clean. The text looks okay but could be improved by adding more detail onto it so it could blend into the picture.

I like the background image looks clean with the color white. You got a thing adding that dotted image, take it out looks daft adding it. I would add a white stroke around the circle of some sort to add the effect of snow or add a snowy effect around the circle. The circle is bland and boring. I would change the font apart from that it's fine.
