okay I got a PS4 on the 15th and everything has been working fine till today. the past hour i haven't been able to play online or anything. I've tested the internet connection like a thousand times and it keeps saying that the sign in failed or the connection speed is failed. all my other devices in the house work. I've tried changing the DNS, MTU, etc.

I've looked on the multiple forums and nothing has worked. Is there anyone that could help me or inform me that if PSN is acting up today? I had similar problems earlier today but it worked after around ten minutes. Also, I've restarted my PS4 multiple times.
