Terrible.
Gta IV is a terribly optimised game and most pcs can't run it.

Whats your total budget?

Okay no problem, my budget is around £250-£300 I just want a gaming pc with great graphics and no interference for example no lag and stutter.

What I suggested in your other thread is the best you'll get for your money. i3 and RX 460 will be able to play any game you want at 1080p, you'll have to turn settings down in more demanding games, down to maybe medium or so. GTA IV is a terribly optimised game but you'll be able to play it fine. On the complete other side, Counter Strike is super ez to run, any potato could do it.

Okay no worries, so if I was to buy that would I need anything else? Plus would I be able to change the case?

That wouldn't even be able to open the games itself if that's all you're putting into one PC (exaggerating). 2 GB of DDR3 memory wouldn't even get half the job done unless you turned down the settings within the optimization and graphics settings. You'd be better off buying a factory PC or saving up your money man, in my opinion. In the end I hope it all works out for you thought man. Best of luck!

Don't listen to this guy. Buying a pre-built is a terrible idea.
