Hello Everyone The past three weeks i've been studying computer parts and how they work coming from absolutely no background other than knowing Gb were for storage. I've talked to a few online and a few computer stores, Now i have a flury of information that honestly way beyond my understanding.

I don't need any accessories to the computer other than the parts listed. It will not take more than $1K. I'm willing to pay what is necessary to my goal of Running Fallout 4 on max settings but without GodRays or Super Shadows or shadows at all in farveiw. Run Smoothly with 15 mods and get 45-60 fps. Anyone know what Fallout demands to get here?

This is my last step its been 3 weeks of studying and preperation. I have 3 lists of parts that i've come to read and hear would reach my goal. Of course i want to run it by the experts first before i pay so much. Im totaly ignorant on what is compatible with what so please keep that in mind. You can mix match from the parts or if you know of better or cheaper if i'm paying for a part that isn't necessary for the amount of power it has. The first list is more my work from my research the other two were guided.

the monitor, keyboard, and mouse are good for fallout 4. Any constructive opinions on the items listed? I can't do much or learn much from "terrible" :\ But that's what i have and i don't want to buy terrible stuff. Terrible would be determined on goal but the Vcard is Great based on my goal.

No, they're not. The GTX 750Ti would be a horrible decision, as would the GTX 970 at this point. RX 480 would be fine but there are only reference 480s right now, which is definitely a bad idea. Haswell makes absolutely no sense.

If your current peripherals are low quality, it would make sense to upgrade those now while you have the money, so I can't recommend anything until I know what monitor, kb and mouse you are using, hence why I asked.

I must really not know anything x] which i don't doubt. I'm using a usb wireless logitech mouse. Hp Pavillion keyboard and Hp 2311x monitor. These parts won't allow 45-60 fps and keep my computer from overheating and have enough ram and Gb the graphics card wouldn't render the high settings?

Monitor is fine. I'd upgrade that keyboard now though since you can afford a nice keyboard.

Hold on to your current mouse for now but upgrade it at some point. Get the Cryorig H7 from Newegg, should only be $35 there. About $300 left for GPU. Wait until the 14th of this month, we'll have aftermarket 480s by then and probably more information on the GTX 1060, which should be a better option. You can get everything else now, build it and add the GPU later, once you get one.

It does not make sense for you to be buying any GPU's right now. The link in my last post is the system you should buy. I left $300 for a GPU. The GTX 970 makes no sense because the RX 480 performs as well as the 970, but has more VRAM and is less expensive. The GTX 750Ti is way too low end for this budget. GTX 1070 is too expensive for this budget. As for the RX 480, you shouldn't buy any 480 until the 14th of this month, because that's when the aftermarket cards will be in stores. We will also have more information on the GTX 1060 by then, which should out-perform the GTX 970 for a similar cost to what they are now, and have all the newer tech, as well as a huge die shrink. Fallout 4 favours NVidia cards as well, so waiting for the GTX 1060 is your best option. 2nd best is an aftermarket 480.

Alright....i admit i'm anxious to PLAY IT NOW! since i've tried and failed to get this done on my own an hour a day past 3 weeks to learn the ins and outs to make sure i'm getting what i need for the cheapest price. I hate to say it but **** i'll just trust you...at this rate it'd be 4 more weeks before i learn all this anyways. alright i'll save the list link and be a good patient girl :p
so roughly When you say "we" you meanTechGame?
So on the 14th i order the GTX1060 from?
What would be the major difference between 970 and 1060?

You can buy everything in the link I posted now if you want. You can build the system as is, without the GPU. You'll have to use the i5's iGPU until you add a GPU, but you'll be able to play some less demanding games with the i5 iGPU. You might be able to play Fallout 4 with the i5 iGPU if you turn down the resolution and settings, and then add a GTX 1060/RX 480 in a couple of weeks maximum.
