My brother is looking at a 2009 Honda He got the Papers from the goverment to see the owners and to see if it's been in crashs it shows it went from the Owner right to the Insurance Company after 50000 KMS Now a dealer ship owns it. We called the Dealership that owns it and They won't tell us if it's been in a crash. Maybe you guys who have Bought cars before can help me?

What kind of dealership? Here in the USA usually the bigger stealerships will give you a free carfax report. If not, then you can get the vin and do one yourself. If a dealership won't give you the VIN or won't allow you to look it up, tell them to kick dirt and leave.
If the insurance company owns the vehicle after 50k, that tells me that it was wrecked, broken into, or otherwise needed repairs and the original owner didn't pay their portion of the repairs (for example if I wreck my truck, I pay the first 500 dollars and my insurance pays the rest). If you meant that a credit company / finance company owned it, that tells me it was a leased vehicle. I generally would just stay away from a leased vehicles because they are essentially rentals so no one keeps up on the maintinence and beats the hell out of them.

He got the VIN Number is there a Website i can look it up? and see if anything has happend to the car?
