"The nickname Mr. Hockey says it all.
Gordie Howe, widely regarded as the most complete player in the history of the sport and considered an ironman in many respects both on and off the ice has died at age 88."
Howe played 32 seasons in the NHL, most of them for the Detroit Red Wings, and was considered one of the best players to ever wear the Red Wings jersey, and considered the best player to ever play.
