My current build is Intel Core i5-4460 3.2GHz Quad-Core Processor
ASRock H97M Anniversary Micro ATX LGA1150 Motherboard
Crucial Ballistix Sport 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory
MSI GeForce GTX 970 4GB Video Card
On games like Arma 3 and H1Z1 I get pretty bad lag every like 2-3 minutes even when settings are on medium. CS:GO also does the same thing. What should I upgrade in my build to try to prevent this or just to make my build better?? Any help is appreciated Thanks

If you get lag in CSGO with an i5 and GTX 970, something is broken. You shouldn't be upgrading anything when something isn't working. See if any of your hardware is throttling, and try to find the problem.
