The accounts were working and unbanned when given, he messages me back a week later telling me they're banned and wants a refund. Can't do that as I don't know what happened in that week of him having them. @YourOnlyMods please take your negative comments elsewhere and if I scammed you take it to the admins and trust me they'll resolve the issue.
