With that being said, some of the text you have used might be too small to the eye for the browser, sense the thumbnails for the videos are very big on youtube.

If you're going to put any text in a thumbnail, make sure it's bigger and boldier for people to be able to read it clearly. Now days, many youtubers are starting to put their faces in it with really cool backgrounds and a bunch of stuff related to the video they made. Notice how they all blend well though. Looks like you tried to make it a little flashy with the blue around the weapon and stuff which can catch an eye. I have no idea what that symbol is in image, I'm guessing it relates to the game though.

All in all, with bigger text and maybe a different font choice, the thumbnail wouldn't be half bad. Good shot though for your first one. Thanks for the kind support back on my thumbnail, mean a lot. I do need to practice more as like any other new designer would. The image in the middle of the thumbnail is when you get a 30 kill streak in the game basically when you get a Nuke on MW2 or KEM Strike on Ghosts. It's just a high streak image. Some YouTube tutorials don't show what a beginner needs to know half of the time. Also to add to this before I forget, this thumbnail isn't a PSD. It's all from scratch so I can't send you over anything.
