Hey TTG!!
Just wanted some quick help before I go on and start up my own server.
Yeah I'm not the best at starting big servers but I've had my experience, I can get my head round things. I like a challenge, gives me things to do in my spare time. I have no time limit to when I want it to be up by.
Right! So basically the Bungee Cord plugin, do I need a separate server for the Hub or does that come on a different world, I expect it does (have its own server) due to having its own commands etc.
If so how big would I roughly need it, I'm not too sure how many plugins I'll be using at the moment but right now I want to focus on Towny & Skyblock so you can kinda have a rough idea?
I'm thinking about using MCProHosting as I've had other servers in my time off them and they gave me no problems, if anyone has any other suggestions that are pretty cheap and reliable that would be great!

Personally I wouldn't even use Bungee Cord, a plugin such as multiverse will do much better. You only need one server then and you should be able to create multiple worlds. But to answer your question, your best bet would probably get a server for the hub and one for mini-games if you choose that route.
I highly recommend starting small though, maybe purchase the lapis plan or one similar and work off that. Trying to jump into big server hosting is not only time consuming, but a big money pit. So again, start small and get players on your server first. Then look towards expanding by adding more servers and using Bungee Cord to connect them.
