So, as many of you know, Overwatch came out and of course many want to play. I am trying to download the Battle.net PC application and when I click the "Battle.net-Setup" on my desktop, it will load until half way and come with an error saying "We're having trouble starting Battle.net. Please Try again. If the problem... etc."

Errors: BLZBNTBTS0000005D

I have went to the website and followed all trouble shooting but there is no way it will work. Nothing has seemed to work. Any suggestions?
Any one else have this problem?

change the compatibility settings of both the launcher and the app so that they do not run as administrator, hope it helps!

Thank you for your input! I have actually got it to work. I deleted my virus protection and battle.net application. Reinstalled battle.net then my virus protection and it ended up working

I see you got it working now.

If anyone else is having the same issue, can you please try running a selective start-up first, and then install the Battle.net App; if you have any security software installed, you'll want to be sure to temporarily disable that as well.

Once you've done that, you can grab the most recent version of the Battle.net App [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
