This is my current build and it struggles to run any games on it, the only games I can run without any frame drop or lag is CSGO and Football Manager
I try to play on h1z1 and rust on low quality but its still so laggy, so could someone advise me on what parts i should upgrade, Thank you

First off get yourself another stick of memory. Get another 4GB stick of the same kind you currently have ( [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] ) not sure if that is it or not but you can find the one you have.
after that you should upgrade your GPU to something [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] or you can wait for the 1070 when it comes out.
That will leave you with roughly 80-100 pounds so you can upgrade your power supply to something sufficient for that card. [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] is one of my favorite Power suppliers and I have their PSUs in all of my systems.

so is the i3 okay to stay? because i was thinking about changing that other than that everything looks good when does the 1070 get released?

For now it'll be fine however future upgrades are there because it's LGA 1150 you can go right to an i5/i7 when you have the moolah to splash to upgrade it. You can pick up an i5 4690k or an i7 4790/4790k and go right up there or you can get a non overclockable chip like the 4770 and have great performance without much work.
Until that time your i3 should be able to handle most things fine apart from really CPU games like Arma and stuff.
1070 will be released on the 10th of June.

Yeah, definitely add another 4GB RAM, at least. You could pick up a Haswell i5, either a 4440 or 4460 for less than £150, maybe even closer to £100, then sell the i3 to make some of that money back. Then, I'd look at a GPU upgrade. I'd just wait for the next gen cards at this point though, your 750Ti will hold you over until Pascal releases, or Polaris, whatever you decide to go with. You don't need to upgrade that PSU, but I definitely would.
Oh, and lastly, an SSD. Actually, SSD would probably be the first thing I would add(maybe 4GB RAM then the SSD). Every rig deserves an SSD, and they're fairly inexpensive these days.
