My brother and I GameShare and I bought the season pass and I got the free weapon and openings. However, he didn't get them. How come?

Does he have the season pass? He should, but regarding the weapon and openings.. I believe those are classified as micro transactions and will only be available to the account which purchased it.

Yeah we both have our ps4s set as each other's home. The weird thing is that we both got the free stuff on our Xbox but he didn't get anything on our ps4s.
