I currently have Win 7 and it keeps asking me to upgrade to 10 but is it really worth it?

I use my PC to play games (GMOD, CSS) and to design graphics (Photoshop, AE CS6).

windows 10 is good i think its worth the upgrade i use mine for gaming never had issues

Windows 10 isn't like windows 8 where it is completely new. Windows 10 is a great hybrid that really isn't much different from 7 other than a more modern feel.
