We all know money isnt everything in life but its pretty important. So what do you consider set for life Money wise and what would you want to have when you retire e.g Mansion, Yacht, Nice Car etc also what age do you see your self retiring?.

Me personally i think if you gave me 5M i could live happily for the rest of my life and i see my self Retiring fairly early at the age of 40.

I mean, set for life not working ever again. I'm only 18 so it would take a few million, living off of the essentials and not having a luxurious lifestyle.

Of course, the more money the better lifestyle.

I think I'd be set with 1 billion dollars, money would not be a problem at all

1 million dollars, due to banks giving you interest you can actually live off of the interest without ever touching the 1 million dollars. (If you get 1% a month you'd be making a 120k salary without having to work, and generally most banks offer a 2.5% interest if your bank account holds over 100k)

2-3 million pounds, 3 million in my bank to gain interest and just spend, with the amount of interest I doubt it would catch up

That's a hard one to answer. 50 years ago, minimum wage was $1.15, so to them 100k would've been set for life. They'd have been broke VERY fast lol. Considering min wage now is going up to $15/hr (currently 10 but we already pst a law making it 15/hr by like 2020 or some crap), or is about 13x what it was 50 years ago, I'd have to say around 70 million. In 50 years, if minimum wage jumps 13x again, it'll be almost 200/hr, and as we all know, minimum wage is not a living wage. It never has been, and it never will be.
