No, it isn't very good. A similarly priced air cooler would've been better, but the Seidon 120V will do fine.

I've had this cooler on an AMD 750k. The pump itself was ridiculously quiet. A friend of mine who installed it builds PC as a second job, he honestly thought the pump was broken at first.

But for cheaper or for the same price, you could get an air cooler.

yea iv got a air cooler at the moment but the fans annoy me when just browsing the web ect, I don't mind it too much when playing games as I just turn the volume up. I was hoping this water cooler will be quieter when idle than the fans, a lot of people have said its quite noisy under full load but again when im playing games I don't mind too much.

if I don't get on with it I could just put in another build and sell it onwards.
