My pc was hacked
I was watching youtube when it glitched out and a chat popup came up and the "admin" said that he wanted £10 or my computer was going to shut down so I said no and he shut my pc down what do I do also before he shut my pc down he went on gay porn sites and controlled my mouse so I had no control

This is called getting 'keylogged'
I was keylogged once.
The way I fixed it was I turned off my wifi , and system restored my computer. I restored it to a far back date, so it would erase the keylog.

That works also.
System restore is a quicker and easier way. It's like an iPhone backup. It back your files up to a recent date.

Your computer automatically creates some. (Important update, new installer, ect)
Just go to your start menu and search 'System restore'

Okay, I'm gonna walk you through this.
-Turn off your wifi or internet source
-Turn on computer
-Go to start menu
-Search System Restore
-Follow the given instructions
You should be fine.
