The one entitled background is extremely hard to see. The eyes of retribution text would have been better with maybe a bevel or some reflectiveness to it.

Here's a tip:
Don't call everything abstract.
Abstract is something like Miro's paintings.
Joan Miro
They are mostly random.
From what I could see in your portfolio,
(which wasn't much because it is very dark.)
It looks like you are doing logo design? or something for screen printing.
but it is not abstract.
