My budget is 1500us, I do not need a OS,and I will play games like Grand theft auto ( ultra settings ) 80-100 FPS

I wouldn't go with the build that you put together, 2 960's in SLI just is not worth it.

You wanted i7 so you got one, can overclock it if need be. 16GB of RAM as you wanted same with the SSD and storage except the SSD is cheaper and just as good. 390 which will out perform 2 960's in SLI. Can add another 390 in XFire in the future if need be.
