The old star system was old, they looked like they were made in 2004 by Stevie Wonder. The bar system is good, albeit needs some tweaking still, but the intentions were good.

The ranks are still the same just the stars have been updated to fir the new flat style skin.

No, the stars were old. It was time for new, that is why they changed it. If you do not like it oh well, many people do.

It's much better that way IMO. Looks cleaner.
