I agree with you mate, I also think it would be pretty sweet to have film reviewers on the site!

It has been suggested before and it is a nice idea, but then at what point would it stop? It could give way to the desire for other Reviewer badges.

From a film lover, I think this should be added, I love watching films so this would be a great badge for me to earn.

Only problem is, I think you would get 11 year olds saying about how the new "horror" films are worth an oscar.

As a film lover myself, I can't go against them adding a film reviewer badge. I do however, feel like it would be an unnecessary addition. This is a gaming website. I don't think the film section is active enough either. I think if you want to write a film review, you should stick to forums focused on movies. Just my opinion

I agree with Mortar, if they added a film reviewer well then why shouldnt they add a music reviewer? Or a car reviewer or a phone reviewer or a ios app review badge?

If you want to review a film no one is stopping you from making a thread, you just wont have a badge to display if you reach XX amount. Why would a badge be a huge indicator for you to review films?

Couldn't have said it better myself. As awesome as this idea is, it doesn't match the criteria we as a community are based upon.

I wouldn't mind the idea of the film reviewer badge, partly because I could take just a lil bit of credit for it cause I suggested it years ago haha, but I would've also liked to see a 2000 thanks badge added but that wasn't added either.

We still have lots of award to add so keep your chin up

Swarmed? I disagree. Look at the Game Review section. You can get a badge in that section and how many members actually have the Game Reviewer badge to begin with? Not many. This site is mainly gaming / tech based. Mortar, Mew, and Jiro make good points as well. It really would not be as active as you think it would if it had a badge you could get for it.
