I'm doing it with a friend right now, Am I only supposed to be able to install The Giant and not the full season pass?

I don't see an option for the whole season pass.

When you did it how did you get to manage to install the whole season pass?

You just install the map you want (The Giant)
and when the new map comes out. You would do the same.
The season pass is linked to the account.
