The difference is Manufacture.

You will have to look into details to find out what the differences are.

But they mainly consist of.

Different PCB's
Different VRM's
Better Overclocking support
Cooler
Different outputs (Not so much these days but still)


They still perform around the same, so just go with the cheapest one. Or which ever one you prefer that's in budget.

You shouldn't ignore them at all. The extra features some cards have may be what the OP wants.

It's not as simple as "Buy MSI"... I have an MSI GPU, but I only got it because it was a good price for a good card.

But Asus and EVGA are also good cards and look better in some builds.

So buying because of the people it was built by, is a bad idea.

jokes in here aren't the best when people are genuinely looking at dropping a lot of hard earned cash on hardware.

best GTX 970 but not too expensive is the Gigabyte G1 GTX 970, High Factory Overclock, Good temperature dissipation by 3 fans and a metal backplate and then you get LED Illumination that can be customized.

Why do people have to label one as 'best'.. The best card can be different for people. I have an MSI card because it looks nice, and is brilliant, but they are usually slightly more expensive compared to EVGA, Gigabyte, Zotac etc, all of which make perfectly fine cards. What is best for you is down to your budget and personal preference.

The gigabyte G1 is one the best, the only draw back is the length of the GPU
