no there isnt any insane guns, since the sanity patch a few years ago we are limited to what we can do, with the modification of guns there are 2 main things we can mad which is what it looks like at the type of ammo it shoots so you cound make a infinite pistol shoot norfleet bullets and thats about it. when you get to op 8 the guns do become a little crazy in damage but it still takes a while to kill op 8 npcs. there was one gun that i found a few months back that did have modded stats but that was on pc so it will never get to console.
