Can u transfer your gta character to another account?

I want to do a recovery but i would like to put the account on a new account..

No you can not but i believe you can create a new character on your account and do it that way

If you mod on your main account then your account will most probably be banned. An an account can only be modded once unless you play on 360or PS3 i believe. And you can only redeem your character once also on the Xbox One. Your best off with a new pre-modded account.
