how do i set that up so it lags my connection..

any help would be appreciated

Im pretty sure you would just put 27.27.27.27 in the target and then put the packet size to full or whatever you want. then start it. that should do it.

Also change the delay to 1. and the port to "rand".

Target 27.27.27.27
Port 3074 (click on rand then enter the numbers)
Package at 1kb
Everything else stays the same

I use this set up and works fine every time
